Crew members were excellent this evening. The inside of the building was hot. They still managed to provide great food and service.

I was JUST at the one on 12001 East Colonial - got a 10 piece box with 2 sides and biscuits and a 2 piece dark spicy - bill was $17.46 I was given my food and I asked if the receipt was in the bag - the lady said yes..... I drive home and my 2 piece order is fine but my 10 piece box had 5 tenders in it.... so basically I just paid almost 20 bucks for 7 pieces of chicken!!! I called and tell them - thinking they could look at their receipts and see what I ordered verses what I was telling them I got - well first off the lady ... read more
