I LOVE popeyes, but sometimes the service can be sub par. but I came to this one for the first time and takiela was one of the nicest people I have ever met. The food and service were great and I will definitely be back.

Our kids just asked us to pick up dinner from Popeyes. They have been before , we have not. There were lots of choices and so many sauce options. We didn’t know what we were doing. So Tristan was very patient and so helpful as we decided what we wanted. He’s the type of employee every business owner wants. He was knowledgeable and offered such great customer service. That is a rare thing in most food service business so we were really impressed. Good work Tristan. You made our first experience a positive one.

A las 10 pm, los empleados te dicen que no tiene casi nada de comida no solo a mi, también a otras personas que ingresaron al restaurante y se fueron. pedí un sandwich de pollo inicialmente el personal me dijeron que que no tenían, cuando la manager escuchó les dijo a los empleados, tienen que decir que va demorar 6 minutos, que recién lo vamos a preparar. Al final Demoro 20 minutos.

9/15/2025 @12:54pm, my oder #786 @ this location. They served me chicken that was COLD, seem like it was cooked earlier and left to be given to someone. I used to like Popeyes. I feel now this location needs to either CLOSE OR GET EMPLOYEES WHO CARE FOR THE FOOD THEY ARE SERVING AND THE CUSTOMER.
