Shanianh is very nice and a great order taker
Chicken tasted fine but I ordered 3 thighs and 1 leg and they gave me 3 legs and 1 thigh. It’s not that hard to get a simple order right. They consistently get my order wrong and this was my last straw.
Delicious meal, very kind and friendly service
Horrific service 10 to 12 employees sitting around doing nothing while the manager lounges on the lobby and eats. I placed an online order and was made to pull up and wait at drive thru despite no other customers at all. Went inside to get food and watched employees playing with the food and taking for ever to finally bag and give me the horribly handled food. Never seen anything like this in my life. Store was extremely dirty and staff was loud and very off task. WILL NEVER BE BACK!
