Its in a truck stop, which isnt a bad thing, but they definitely charge more because they can. Half the sodas in the soda machine were out. They forgot to give me biscuits with half my order.
Man, this Popeye's location in Marianna, FL is just as good if not better than the original on Canal Street in New Orleans. I stop here every time on my way to visit my dad in Tampa. It's the freshest food I've tasted on the road, and I travel the country A LOT. Service is always friendly and usually fast unless there's a lunch rush, but even then, the wait is worth it. Sorry to those who haven't had a good experience; I'd say give them another try. Always a fave spot on the road- highly recommended!
