All the computer ordering takes away from the interaction makes it not feel personal anymore. On a good note the food was hot and the restaurant was clean.
I have never seen a complete unorganized cluster F as I did around 1630 EST 12 Apr 2026. I oversaw many frustrated customers waiting for their food. A customer told me while I was n line that they ran out of chicken yesterday. No way to confirm that. However this just happened. I'm old school and prefer to place an order w/ an employee.
