This place is disappointing, I wish I can rate this place a 0 star but I cannot, I order two of the freddy deluxe fazbear boxes and Mac and cheese, and a spicy sandwich, and they ONLY gave us Two boxes and the rest of the stuff I ordered they didn't give us. And last, they took very long and to get in line was a long wait, this place is horrible and I highly recommend you do not come here.
Horrible service, I did a mobile pickup order and was missing half of my wings. I called and was told I can go in and pickup the rest of my wings however once I arrived they gave me a very hard time and did not want to help me. I understand it’s only a 6 piece wing but what should’ve been an easy fix was met with hostile attitudes from employees needing millions of proof of my order even after I showed them my online order receipt. Unacceptable

They must’ve gone and killed that chicken themselves because taking half an hour to get my food out was crazy.
Took forever. Don't quote 5-7 min wait for the order, then bring it out to the car 20 minutes after we paid. It does NOT take that long to drop strips and box them up. Come on team, this location isn't even busy.
