Always fresh and friendly staff.
Customer service is absolutely horrible. It doesn’t matter if you a picking up a DoorDash order or spending your hard earned money. Management is extremely rude and while being rude, forgot my food in the bag. The manager Isel needs to be fired immediately. Only giving one star because I HAD to.
Third time in a row my order has been incorrect. Asked for white meat and got dark meat that didn't even seem fully cooked. The guy at the window was very nice and polite, but the people packing the orders just put whatever in the box. Once all the ice melted, I realized there was a bug in my drink.
