I made an online order here today, when I went to pick up I was missing sauces I had paid for. I waited at the window where I was ignored for several minutes I had to yell and get someone’s attention even tho there was a line behind me. I was told that they were out of the sauce, but why was I not informed or asked that I want something else because I had paid money for the sauces. There is a terrible language barrier problem, they transfered me to 3 ppl to take my order and all I wanted was a chicken sandwich with no pickles. This is the second time I've come to this Popeyes and they gave gotten my order wrong. I speak a little Spanish not much unfortunately!!

I have tried buying from this place several times since I moved to Gambrills this food is terrible. It taste like it’s leftover from the day before especially with the new chicken they have they rarely went downhill. I would not recommend buying from them unless you’re really hungry and don’t have any anywhere else to get any food. This location in Gambrills the food is not good.
