We stood at the front counter for 5 minutes, employees were walking around and even the manager came to the front and never acknowledged us at all! Terrible service!

Yesterday I placed an order for 6 pieces of chicken. I waited 20 minutes and my order still wasn’t done. However they were serving every customer that came after me immediately. After complaining the manager tried to tell me there were other orders. I said yes but mine was first, and you completed the orders after mine. Had I not complained, you never would have filled it. He kept trying to dismiss me, my break was over so I didn’t have time to go somewhere else to eat. Otherwise I’d of asked for a refund. Horrible service, ... read more

Bad customer service. Very mean employee, no sauce in my order and asked for sauce and he didn’t want to get it for me and got mad at me.

Tried to order a family meal (all spicy legs) around 5:45 PM. The employee told me they didn’t have enough spicy legs and could only give me half spicy, half mild. I said I didn’t want mild — I was willing to wait for the rest to be cooked so the whole order was spicy. He refused and wouldn’t accommodate the wait, so I left without ordering. Basic customer service would’ve been to just cook what was needed. Won’t be trying this location again.
