Had 3 issues with the order. 4 missing biscuits,4 missing drinks, 2 missing pickles. How do you miss half the entire order unless you do it on purpose to steal from customers. No effort to make up for it either. Get better management and better quality control. This place is a stain on the Popeyes name. Terrible service ruined good food.

Poor customer service. Was sitting at the menu stand for about 5/10 mins waiting for my order and they never took it so I pulled down to the window and they asked if I was there to do mobile pick up. I said no, and said I was waiting And nobody took my order. Can I order here at the window? He said no you gotta go around because there’s a car behind you ordering. So I had to sit in another long line to get my food. The order was messed up even after repeating it to him several times and they over charged me.

I thought the service was excellent the food was very delicious while we were eating I could witness that people arrived who treat the employees very badly they don't put the prices of the products and people complain about that we should be more aware of that.
