stop hiring people that cant read why is no pickles so difficult to understand
Worst customer service ever!!!!!! Its dirty. They drop utensils and pick it up and use it again with no problem. They either need to shutdown this Popeyes location or completely revamp it by bringing new well qualified people that know food safety and take pride in their job. The food is always a hit or miss... I'm chocked I didn't get sick the last time I ate here. Please corporate fix this place and stop hiring disrespectful people.
Not busy inside or out. There were 3 other customers inside. Placed a mobile order and waited over 30 minutes. There doesn't seem to be much structure, organization, or communication. I watched them skip my ticket multiple times.
How does a place let you make an order online, drive there and then tell you they don’t have what you ordered/it isn’t available? There were so many opportunities to not waste my time. Terrible customer service. Extra annoying is once I got there and they told me what I wanted wasn't available, they said I had to go manually cancel the order myself, they couldn't cancel it for me which felt more like them trying to game the system/not wanting to report or show a cancelled order.
