Poor customer service. The young lady working at the drive through window does not understand or speak good English she charged me for the 1/4lbs shrimp and 2 tender combo but only gave me shrimp and I had to wait 10 minutes for my food to be brought out to me.
Total BS SECOND TIME SHORTED ITEMS AND THEY DONT ANSWER THE PHONE. I requested to be texted upon delivery arrival so I could check the bag. He just left it on the porch! Terrible customer service
On 8/5/2025 at approximately 7:00 pm I went through drive thru to order a 3 pc all thighs and was told “you can’t order 3 thighs”. I repeated my order saying I would like your 3 pc chicken all thighs and was told “ my manager said I can’t sell you 3 thighs. I asked for corporate number or franchisee number to make it clear that Popeyes doesn’t allow 3 thighs to be sold as 3 pc or whatever this new policy the guy taking orders in drive thru said “it’s a new policy and he didn’t have a number to offer.
