**update. Its really sad to see this location getting rated so poorly! There is clearly a management issue here that the franchisee needs to step in and fix, either the GM or shift manager need to go or someone reprimanded because it would be really sad to see the Big Islands first Popeyes close! Brah what happen to the prices? They doubled in the past month! $50 tender meal used to be $24.99. UNREAL. Never coming back to the place again.
It was empty but they still took over 20 minutes to make my order. By the time I got it, my lunch break was already over.
Worst visit to this for Pahoa Popeyes I have ever had! The cashier Xavier was really sweet nice and trying to be a accommodating. The manager Sharon or at least that's what they told me her name was very blase was more interested in making the plates then helping a customer or doing customer service. Have been coming in since they opened pretty regularly at first two times a month always ordering white meat so she actually can recognize me when I walk in she knows what I order.
