Ordered online and waited 20 minutes... we pull up to the drive through to get it and they told us we have to cancel our order because their chicken is frozen. Now were wasting 30 minutes fighting to get a refund on the app.
Asked for regular chicken and got spicy
I ordered my food online and this is the longest I waited on my food. I ordered online thinking it'd be ready by the time I got here. Someone came in after I did and got served before I did. This is ridiculous.
