I rarely leave reviews but this is a common issue here. Today I placed an online order at 10:16 arrived between 10:25am-10:30am. I was informed that they had not even started on my order yet. My order was not completed until 10:52am, which on the app it had said it was completed earlier. So I assume they hit it was completed before they actually had it done. Manager Amber was yelling at employees high school age, Employees were very helpful and polite but she was very rude to them and she never got up from the red chair to help the team, which cause them to have delays in orders I don't remember the exact day I was there.

Will NEVER go back. Did an online delivery and was missing half our order. We called and talked to Henry, Elijah, Kaylen (manager) and they were absolutely rude to my husband. They stated to file a complaint with my door dasher for a refund. IT WAS NOT HER FAULT. You didn’t pack my whole order! Declined giving me the remaining sides I was missing except for my fries.
