The Mont Belvieu, Tx location is where we went. Got a 8 piece family meal, a chicken sandwich and a 3 piece tender meal. Ridiculously small tenders were in pieces and were more crust than chicken. In fact one was ONLY CRUST!!! . $12 for 3 tenders, a side and drink is ridiculous for the quality!! Chicken was mid grade and the sandwich was the only thing worth eating! Won’t be going back any time soon. Not to mention you cannot reach anyone to speak with about anything!
Nice and pretty fast service
My recent visit to Popeyes was frustrating. I tried the drive-thru, which had no cars, but got no response at the speaker. I drove to the window, saw workers inside, and figured it might be a glitch, so I tried the speaker again—still silence. I went inside to find one customer and seven employees, yet no one acknowledged or explained the drive-thru issue. The food was okay, but the complete lack of communication and poor service really soured the experience.
