Tameisha did not smile or greet us and was very rude. They took 30 minutes to get us our food! Then they forgot some of our sides.
I have never gotten all my items when ordering from this location. Ordered today, and was missing my fried chicken. My husband went in the store to get it, and the man working the drive through accused him of lying. You’re better off driving to the location on Garth.
What an excellent change of manager! Everything is much more organized, the service is excellent, the store is very clean, and the manager, Claudia, is obviously very friendly and always smiling! I would definitely return. I hadn't been to that store for over six months because the service was awful! But today my expectations were 100% met—excellent in every way! Thank you, Miss Claudia! Very kind ♥️♥️
Love Popeyes and this by far is my favorite location. Not perfect and they mess up sometimes lol but one thing about them is that they always make it right and the customer service is always excellent.
The staff are great and food was delicious.
