I’m reviewing this place again a month later to tell you to never come here ever again… That’s the impression this placed left on me . Just read the comments and see for yourself until this place changes do not give them your money!
Stopped at drive through at 9:05 pm. They close at 10. They told me they had no dark meat chicken left at all. They said they shut down the fryers at 9 so I am out of luck. No wonder no one ever appears to be there despite being on a busy street and new. A chicken place that stops serving chicken an hour before they close. Terrible. Terrible customer service - DONT RECOMMEND I placed an online order 9/21/25 @ 3:59pm. it was an order for 16Pc 50-50 Signature Chicken Family Meal - White and 4Pc Classic Signature Chicken Combo - White Once I picked up the order and got home, We realized that our order consisted of only wings. My sole purpose for writing this review is to hopefully get the attention of the owner for their sake. Your manager (or at least the woman who claims to be) is quite literally stealing from you. The store closes at 11pm, I placed an order online at 10:08pm. At 10:10pm I pulled through the drive-thru to be told that they “just closed the kitchen.” Additionally, this woman could not have been less polite when she told me that she would not / could not issue me a refund, and I would have to “get a refund from where I ordered.” ... read more
