Waited over an hour for a 16 peace chicken box after an hour I asked for a refund and left. I understand about being busy, but this is a chicken place and you continue to run out of chicken. This hasn’t been the first time. And then when I get home, I tried to call their 1866 number on the receipt and it’s only 3 o’clock in the afternoon and it goes straight to a voicemail that the office is closed so so much for even trying to reach out to anybody because you ain’t gonna get nothing from them.

They like playing games with their customers. Made an online order drove 10 minutes, got there and waited 20 minutes for the ALREADY PLACED ORDER. From what I saw they’re all just socializing in the lobby. Also noticed they’re turning people away while we were waiting obviously because they don’t feel like working.
