30 minutes in the drive thru and I still had to pull up and wait longer.
Don't know if the cashier was having a bad day or what. No acknowledgement of arrival. The customer waiting before me said wasn't sure if the cashier was going to take order or not, had been there 3-4 minutes already. Told them, maybe she had a bad hair day. She looked at you as if she wished she didn't want to take your order. She was like that with those who placed their orders after us. She seemed as if she didn't want to be there. All our food was hot, tasted good.
We ordered food and realized that they forgot my chicken fingers and straws for all our drinks. We just came back, it’s 10:36pm. The guy in there kept hiding in the back and wouldn’t see what we needed. Hours on here says yall close at 11pm.
Just stopped to get dinner ordered two large meals told them exactly what I wanted one meal was wrong ordered classic due to allergy issues and was given spicy instead was missing side item out the order also did not bother to tell the manger bc they simply do not care this has not been the first time it happened they do not listen or care what u order they just give u what they feel like giving you
