Drive thru took forever. Then got to the window and had to repeat the entire order, pay and wait longer.
Ordered an 8 piece family meal on the app. When I got home with the food the chicken was dried out as if it had been sitting around the entire day (this was at 530pm) The beans and rice was ok. The mac and cheese was literally mush with the bottom of the pan layer. It was so bad it went in the trash. The order was supposed to have 4 biscuits. They were not in the bag. During prime dinner time you would think fresh and correct. Big disappointment Popeyes.
Not a good experience. Staff was extremely rude. A place an online order that was supposed to be ready at 7:40 it wasn't ready till almost 8:30. It was $115 order that was placed online through the app. Staff was extremely frustrated because evidently they don't check their online order system. You would think they would have offered to give us something for free or at least drop the attitude unbelievable won't be coming back.
My boyfriend and I got dinner in this location a couple days ago. He is in a wheelchair and the employees here were so sweet and helpful! Food was fresh, and fast. We loved it! Specially the great service here.
