for the second this exact location has completely messed up my order. when I said something about it that manager turned around walked. no accountability or effort to try and rectify my unpleasant experience. for now I am done with the whole situation. if anyone wants my opinion I will definitely let them know how I was treated. as far as that spot is concerned I am over it and won't be back and I also won't hesitate to share my last 2 experiences with the that place.

Very disappointing experience. Corporate should look into there rudness. Sofia sucks at handling issues and they cant read correct. Go to a different one.

I’ve been siting in the drive thru for 30 min for some chicken tenders and a biscuit!!! She made us pull up saying the food was done, they just needed to box it up. That was 10 minutes ago. This location is the absolute worst.!! No bbq sauce either. I’m still waiting for my food….. I could have driven to the Vail location, got my food, and been home already.

I sent my daughter to pick up food, she went through drive through and they had her pull up to wait .she waited almost 30 minutes, the guy was rude handing her the order. our food was cold. We were missing the mashed potatoes with gravy and the fries and they gave the meal spicy chicken sandwich instead of classic. I called to talk to a manager but no one answered and they still had 20 minutes until closing, im very disappointed because we normally love this place 😔. $43.55 on cold food and missing items and wrong sandwich.

Very disappointing experience! I’m honestly so frustrated with this Popeyes location. They didn’t give me a receipt or even ask if I wanted one — they just handed me my food and shut the window. When I told them they forgot my drink, they acted like it was a huge inconvenience to fix it. Then, when I got home, I realized they didn’t include the mashed potatoes that come with my family combo.
