I've been calling for an hour to your store in Somerset, KY. They charged me, then voided my order, recharged me, and didn't give me my food. The customer service is terrible.
The shrimp was so hard I couldn't eat it. But the service i got from mackenzie was amazing. She was soooo very nice.
