I love Popeyes so much.
Went in for a quick take out for dinner. It turned into a fiasco for 45 minutes to an hour. There was no manager at all in the store because we kept hearing the employees say" who Is a manager here. We need one." But no one ever came forward to help. We watched a couple walk out and a family of 7 walk out and leave. They were running out of things and just didn't have anything prepared or cooked for customers. I'll just end it here. (My order) 6 ghost pepper wings Side of mashed potatoes and gravy Biscuit. No hold time on my mashed potatoes so cant say they were good or bad but a week prior to this i got a large mashed potatoe with a 3 pm expiring hold time and picked my order up around 5 pm. The ghost pepper wings were absolutely old. I asked for all flats and got one flat out of 6 wing's. Biscuit of course was old. I worked for a difference franchise for about 5 to 6 year's and I've NEVER in my entire time working there sent out food so bad
I waited for over an hour and a half and still no food.
