It's a treat to go to Popeyes, since it's so expensive. Never had a bad experience until today. Ordered 2 thighs and rice n beans... the thighs looked nothing like thighs, the rice n beans container was a quarter full and the biscuit tasted like a spoon full of baking soda. So gross. I hope not all Popeyes are like this nasty mess. So disappointed. I didn't even give my dog the scraps. So disappointed again.
