This is one of the worst Popeyes managed service locations that I have ever been to. Every time that I have gone to this location I have been told they can’t accept money unless it is exact change. I suggested to this location that should be posted in the window and on door so customers won’t wait in line to find out they won’t be served. How do you know the exact money if you don’t know what you want until you see the menu. The manager told me if didn’t like it don’t come here! Just smh 🤦♀️
This location’s hours are wrong. They often close an hour earlier than listed. Too few staff on the clock for the workload they’re receiving. Whoever the short one is—I’m guessing the manager—speaks with an attitude to his staff and is rude to customers, especially if you’re a door dasher. I thought it was a one-off experience but it seems to be a pattern.
Extremely Poor customer service. Rude and insensitive. Non inviting to restaurant.
Great customer service. Davion the manager On duty Sun. 8/30/26 made sure our order was right and ready in a timely fashion.
