You guys are lucky i don't toss that chicken back at you, my sandwhich was all grease and crispy bits there was barely any chicken , just shut down sarnia location, just give up if your quality control is that bad. Il never be back, who ever made that chicken sandwhich 1 hour ago should be ashamed.

After waiting 25+ minutes for our food they gave my 5 year daughter a spicy chicken sandwich (we ordered mild) which brought her to literal tears. When we requested a refund, they refused. Not to mention, people who ordered after us received their food before we did. There was no sympathy or apologies from the staff. Very disappointed and will not be returning. Any other fast food establishment would have been more than willing to provide a refund for their error. Very poor management and staff at this location!
Great food, horrible service. I’ve been to this location 3 times and haven’t waited less than 15 minutes for food. Won’t be back to this location.
