When I order online, I always have to wait 15 to 20 minutes for order.
Was not super busy, and one person even walked out after waiting around 20 mins to order without being acknowledged. I had anlready ordered and waited almost 40 mins and was told “I just told them to get that sandwich in the back” when I asked about my order. I left having even already paid the service was so slow and bad. Horrible hiring services apparently
Im giving the food 3 stars, because I have of yet, after over 30 minutes, to get my order. In fact, not many people are getting their orders. There seem to be a good amount of folks working, so I have 2 theories: The food, after being cooked, is plunging itself into a black hole of nothingness, trying to save our diets from the greasy splendor, OR, the food is actually a lie and all chicken sandwiches exist on an astral plane, and you are supposed to enjoy that food via deep meditation. I ordered on the app 10 minutes before I arrived, get to the restaurant and wait 15 minutes in the drive thru line, another 10 in front of the store when I get to the front and they asked me to pull around while watching the people who arrived after me come and go with their food before I finally gave up and left and the only resolution I can get through their automated system is either a refund or letting them keep my money without providing me anything and give me a handful of loyalty points to order again and waste anothe... read more
My wife has been there for over 30 minutes waiting on an order of chicken. The lobby is full of pissed off people and on top of that someone was in the Drive-Thru waiting for over 30 minutes. They came in and requested a refund and now they've been inside the store for over 30 minutes. Popeyes you need to get better management in there. Pay them more money or do something because this is stupid.. Total time to get the chicken:::: a whopping 56 minutes
