Popeyes is a hit or miss if you don't catch it at a certain time the chicken is very hard and so are the biscuits so you have to go when it's crowded

Today we ordered at drive thru. The server was very clear in speaking and kind as she took our order. We ordered 2-$6 specials. Both were white meat dinners. One with mac and cheese, both had mashed potatoes and gravy, one with cole slaw. We were asked to wait because chicken was cooking. We drove around to wait, as asked. My husband noticed that the subtotal was an increase. $12 for the special, plus the upcharge on mac and cheese came to $12.60, but the subtotal read higher. This location has horrible service. The wait times are always horrendous. There needs to be better leadership here a lot of times she see them standing around giggling and laughing, and the manager doing all the work

Popeyes is known for it's flavor. This location lacked quality service and the inside atmosphere. We waited for nearly 15-20 minutes for our food. There were 5 orders ahead of ours. Apparently, they were waiting well before us. Some people from drive thru started coming in because orders needed corrections. We could see about 7 workers, 3 who were working the front line.
