Best customer service
I ate inside on a Thursday evening around 7pm. It took a solid 5 minutes of being the only person in line before they took my order. Lots of other angry people were standing around either waiting for their food or waiting to get their wrong orders corrected. The person running the front seemed very upset/frustrated. The chicken racks were empty. There was verbal frustration between front and back workers - but everyone seemed to be working really hard and staying focused. No kids apple juices.
