Love the food! But I've been having problems with getting the rewards added to my account. Their customer service doesn't appear to be knowledgeable. I had done an online order and they saw all the info they needed. Yet, they asked me to send copies of my receipt, and they had all my info and they still had issues by saying that they couldn't see everything. That had to be a lie. The receipt was clear as possible. I sent it twice, and I just didn't think they were professional.
