I had one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had at this Popeyes (420 N Valley Mills Dr, Waco). My food sat untouched for over 5 minutes while staff stood around cursing and ignoring customers. When I asked for cutlery, I was refused. When I asked for a refund, that was denied too. When I asked for the employee’s name, she escalated by calling the police, took my photo without consent, called me racist, and told me she was “bigger than me if I wanted to know what a fight was.” This was harassment and intimidation, not custom... read more
This place is awful. Pulled up to the drive thru and after sitting their for 5 minutes some guy finally gets on and ask to take my order. I tell him I have an online order and then dead silent. No response after that. So I pull around to the window and there's a guy inside that just looks at me for a second and then walks off to the back of the store out of view.
