Listen. I LOVE Popeyes and am a major fan, but the Spanish Fork location is the biggest let down. Every time I go (this is now 4-5 times, as I am the previously mentioned major fan) they mess up my order. We literally have to wait at the drive thru window and check our bags every time before pulling away. On separate occasions, they have given me the wrong drink, forgotten my biscuit, and left out tenders I paid for. They have only remembered to give me sauces once. Ordering here is difficult. It's like I'm an inconvenience. The employees seem kind and they work so hard, but somehow it's just tough.
I don't really like chicken restaurant but my experience in this one was unique, amazing food, the hole place it's clean as my house, the guys services made it great, I'm definitely coming back.
