Had an online order on 10-27-25. They left out 6 of our wings and when I tried to call, no one answered the number on the receipt and the number online just gave a busy tone. Also, 3 of the ranches I paid for had holes and were leaking.
I was in a couple of days ago to get the $6 meal deal. I asked for a breast and leg spicy. The clerk stated I can only get breast and wing or leg and thigh. I asked can I pay the difference? She stated no. I said, I've been to other Popeyes and they allow me to do it. She stated this is a different Popeyes. Therefore, I retracted my order and went somewhere else. Ice cold chicken, hope I don’t get sick. Also forgot my fries, and they had trouble understanding me as well. Very disgusting experience, I’m done with Popeyes forever.
We pre-ordered online. The deals were really good. The food was fresh and hot. We didn't have to wait long. Popeye's chicken is awesome
