We dined in, asked if we could use the coupon on the app at the counter, she said no. No big deal, we step aside and order on the app. We are the ONLY people in the store. After about 10 minutes, we walk up to the counter and the employee realizes that our order is waiting to be filled still. When our order is ready, we sit at our table and pull out the food. Good afternoon. I had a bad experience with customer service—the service was very poor. I think you should have staff with a great attitude and improve the quality of the food. Thank you.

1 star The experience was not very pleasant. The cashier was not rude, but she had a very unfriendly and unwelcoming attitude toward us. Her facial expression and the way she interacted with us made us feel uncomfortable. I believe a more friendly and welcoming attitude would make a big difference in the customer experience.

Got the classic chicken sandwich at the drive-thru. The staff was friendly and the service was quick. The sandwich tasted great, very crunchy which was nice. Overall a very flavorful sandwich however I would have preferred a little less mayo and it seemed like it was a little bit heavy meaning slightly greasier than I prefer. That said, I would recommend the chicken sandwich.
