Ordered some chicken tender and chicken felt super rubbery and was still cold inside. Biscuit hard as a rock.
Stay away from this place. Myself and my family went there last night 8-8-25 in the evening for dinner. My kids ordered chicken sandwich combos, my wife ordered chicken tenders combo and I ordered a #4 combo. We ate the food and by the time we got home we were sick and have been sick all night vomiting, diarrhea we all got food poisoning from this place. I just went through the drive thru about 20 min ago 7/29/25 at about 8pm. ordered a number 1 combo with mac an cheese as the side. The girl doing the window kept laughing while some guy inside was saying something. I brushed it off only to get home an see this soon as I opened the side. Looks like the dude ate half of it an explains the laughing now. Wonder what else they did to my food. This was at the payson location. Good job hiring professional people.
Service was incredibly slow. The person taking orders doesn’t know how to communicate. Tables were dirty. Food took forever to come out and when it did, it was wrong. Not gonna return and will stick with KFC who provides a better meal all around.
