This is the worst Popeyes. They were bad before the pandemic and now it isn't worth visiting. With what little food they carry, it's easier to go elsewhere.
I am actually in awe of this Popeyes. I went to this location to sit in for the first time (previously only bought a turkey for thanksgiving), and I was amazed at how clean it was inside, the food was hot and fresh, and the atmosphere was really relaxing. They had some light jazz playing, so it made the meal feel fancier. The employees were very nice as well. 10/10!
I’ve been eating Popeyes for 20 years, and this is the worst one I’ve ever had. Apple pie is salty. The mashed potatoes looked like they had been heated many times. Tastes weird and hard. I just passed by there and bought it once today. I suggest you don't buy fried chicken from this place again.
Waited in drive thru for five minutes no response for an order. Drove to window and not one but five people standing there having what seemed to be a party. Not one of them wearing the headset for drive thru. The one lady put it on after I said ain't that the headset for orders. Lazy incompetent employees at a new location. The regional manager needs to get his employees straight and how to properly run a million dollar business. This place will be run down and struggling for business as this continues to happen
