One of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had in America. I was traveling to Pennsylvania and the closest place for me to stop on my way back to New York was in New Jersey. This location had some of the worst customer service I have ever seen in my life. The employee working at the cashier, who was Spanish, had the worst attitude I have ever experienced. Got a substitute item I DID NOT want ...contacted Popeyes corp and they stated basically hahaha screw you , you didn't contact us right away so not our problem. .. So screw you Popeyes bc I won't ever be spending my money at any of your places again
