The staff ALWAYS gets my order wrong. They didnt give me half my order making me have to come back and get it. Then they ARGUED about not giving me the items.
Last night Got my order drove home and half of my order was missing. Called the store told employee and he did nothing all he did was scream at the other employees and then hung up on me, 5 min later after that I called 6-7 times and no response. Had to drive all the way back to get my food. The guy in the drive thru gray shirt Hispanic guy gave me additude telling me that he did put the stuff in my bag, why would I drive back if had all my food? Manuel is actually the worst employee ever. He doesn’t know customer service & honestly is extremely slow. He is extremely rude & has no patience even tho they were in the wrong for forgetting half of my order ? like what. Don’t come here.
