I placed an online order and my husband came to pick it up for me while I was on the phone with him and coupd hear everything. They handed him a cold box so he asked for it to be remade. The manager argued with him and was incredibly disrespectful. The manager also lied and told him that they make the order once it comes in when I had just placed the order 2 minutes before.
