It's been a long time since I've ordered from Popeyes because it's gotten really expensive. The first time I order on the app, and an item was out of stock. To get a refund I have to submit a request through the app and wait 24 to 48 hours. Plus, the receipt said KNIA next to the missing item. I had to call the store to verify it meant they were out of stock because it definitely did not look like N/A. Literally some of the nicest employees I have ever encountered! Food was also really good.
Did a mobile order and it still took over 30 min from the time I got there. Insane.
