There truly is almost ALWAYS something wrong when you order at this popeyes location. It ranges from poor customer service, missing food items, or waiting and being forgotten. I HIGHLY recommend checking your order before you leave and yes, that means opening the box of food to check that its correct. Its a shame I can never confine in the staff to provide good customer service here at this popeyes location.
this place was my favorite place .... but i never will be back here the food was good ... but the service was like S.H.I.T.. Specifically the lady behind the cashier She has a bad attitude 👎👎👎👎
This Popeyes is terrible! From the managers to the food. The managers have terrible customer service. The employees always give old, black chicken. They have done this on too many occasions and have an attitude when you have to come back. Then they don’t apologize and don’t want to give you a fresh order. Location needs some help. Workers seem uninterested in customer service. Chicken tenders and chicken sandwich were lukewarm, not anything meat fresh. The fries were so stale. It was disappointing to say the least.
