I haven't been to this one in years because of the poor service that I received but I was really impressed because the customer service was wonderful. My food was hot and fresh, the value that I received was great, and customer service was excellent. I will return to this particular Popeyes again.
i USUALLY go to the Popeye's on Target Drive. The food's ALWAYS hot and fresh! Whenever i order from the App, i have to order from the Popeye's on Halls Ferry off Lucas and Hunt. EVERY TIME i order from them there are items missing. TODAY,10/01/26; i spent $17+ for a Chicken Biscuit Combo, 1 Jalapeno pepper and an Apple pie. THEY FORGOT MY FRIES AND DRINK! Told me "U can come and get it"! That was the WHOLE POINT of having it delivered so i WOULDN'T HAVE to "come get it"! They WOULDN'T REFUND me for my MISSING items and the ... read more
