Dear Popeyes Customer Service, I am writing to file a formal complaint about a very disappointing experience that happened at your store nearly two weeks ago, and has now happened more than once. I placed an order through the Popeyes app for 8 chicken drumsticks only. Both my order confirmation in the app and the email receipt clearly showed this. Delicious food
The night crew here is great, the day crew, at least the woman taking orders, is garbage. Went today at 12:30pm, the woman taking my order gave me a soda instead of a lemonade, this is the second time this has happened with her, a #3 instead of #1, and blackened ranch instead of ranch. Almost seems like she's messing up on purpose
