Absolutely rude as hell in the drive thru Use my please and thankyous and only get a blunt 'hello what you want' and 'what else' over and over and same energy at the window atleast everywhere is getting consistent with the bad manners and service!
To the owner: We went to your franchise after multiple bad visits to try again. That's it, we will never go back. In fact, we're done with Popeyes, you have ruined it. You do not care as you state in the reviews below or you would do something to correct the situation. We experienced what everyone else has voiced in one visit. Do not respond to me that "you are sorry" because there is no sorrow. Evidently sub par quality and service is par for you. I left a review on Popeye's main site as well.
I am utterly disappointed by the behavior of the woman at the drive through. I ordered online and I as asked to pick up at the drive through window. When I went there she did not even have the manners to greet me and her first response was next time you should stop at the drive through order station . She does not seem to know to use the words like please or thanks. She was very rude. Looked unkempt with tattoos and looked like not showered in days. Our cashier was friendly and helpful answering our questions. Food was brought out fast and tasted great! The place was very clean.
