Chicken was good and juicy today. The drive through staff was friendly.
I like the chicken and the red beans and rice but Popeyes has priced itself out of my range. Like several fast food chains the price isn't worth the food anymore.
I went to Popeyes to buy a chicken dinner about 7:30pm on Sep 4. I waited patiently for more than 15 minutes for someone to take my order. The person who takes the order was busy filling takeout orders. He keeps telling me that hecwill be will be with me shortly but he never came. The line was getting longer and longer. Paid $31 for 2 meals… didn’t receive my side and the Dr Pepper they advertise on the cups taste like carbonated water.
Honestly I have had some of the worst food, and customer service experiences here. Not only being treated as a doordash delivery driver, but also as a customer! Terrible location, I can’t speak on other ones because this one has made me scared to go to Popeyes anywhere else!
