Disappointed in this Popeyes , upon entering door was immediately told "dont got no wings" and when placing order ,asked for Red beans & rice . Was then told no RB & R , you get mashed potatoes. Poor customer service and unprofessional attire worn by staff : black hoodie , black choker with a pentagram and nose ring. Won't revisit
People were pleasant. Service was slow. BR was dirty. They were out of several menu items. Overall need to be managed better.
Only Popeyes I’ve ever been to across multiple states and decades that didn’t have sauce. The chicken was undercooked. Spit it out in disgust. And, there were no pies thawed in the middle of the damn day, so I couldn’t even save it with dessert. Corporate really needs to do something about this rat hole.
