Well I ordered the 8 piece family meal 50/50 dark and someone CAN'T MAKE because once I got home to eat my meal I was looking forward to, there was ONLY 7 PIECES OF CHICKEN IN MY 8 PIECE! Not ok to pay for something and not receive the EXACT amount!!
Doing a late run with DoorDash, and this lady has an attitude because I'm picking up 2 orders. I don't know what happened in her day. But I hope her day gets better. The attitude is unnecessary.
Worst experience ever and I'm not even really a complainer. The last couple of visits weren't that good but this time was the worst. Couldn't even hear the person talking through the speaker, ask for a large fry and got a small fry with only a few in the container then I open the chicken sandwich and Not only was it cold but there was just a bunch of mayonnaise everywhere. So on top of the order being wrong everything was cold and not good. Might have to stop coming here also
