I ordered doordash from this popeyes and they forgot two of my items. I really don't understand how hard it is to read an order and put whats on the order in the bag. Apparently that is a frequent issue for this popeyes. The only reason the food is getting 3 stars is because the chicken sandwich was actually decent. Besides that, 1 star. Stop forgetting peoples stuff!!!!!
Bad customers service , asked for something and didn't get what I ordered on multiple occasions
The girl at the window made me repeat my order FOUR times because she wasn’t listening. She sounded so over it, and at this point so was I. I ended up just pulling off. This place always has questionable service, but the food is pretty good so we try to come back. There are a couple of good employees but god this place is awful. The outside of the place looks disgusting. There’s wires all over the ground, the place is filthy, there’s no lighting in the back where the drive thru is.
