This Popeyes location needs serious improvement. The wait times are consistently unacceptable, whether I’m coming through the drive-thru for myself or picking up a DoorDash order. The line either barely moves, or they pull everyone up to wait, which defeats the purpose of a drive-thru. More than once I’ve had to leave without ordering because of how long it takes. The restaurant was empty but the process was really slow.
I ordered doordash from this popeyes and they forgot two of my items. I really don't understand how hard it is to read an order and put whats on the order in the bag. Apparently that is a frequent issue for this popeyes. The only reason the food is getting 3 stars is because the chicken sandwich was actually decent. Besides that, 1 star. Stop forgetting peoples stuff!!!!!
