The young lady who helped me today, Ms.LiLi , was absolutely amazing! She literally checked the order before handing it over and saw it was missing a sandwich and could have EASILY just gave it to me and moved on, because I was working a DoorDash order, but instead after seeing everyone busy, she went to the back and made the sandwich herself, finished packing it up and handed it to me. Got 16 pc family meal, chicken has shrunk to under 1/4" thick and 2-3" long at best. The smallest chicken stripe i have ever seen. Restaurant is clean, staff was fast.
No food, not assistance, not service, terrible experience
I love this Popeyes I drive from Petersburg to get there always fresh employees always look neat and clean the store always clean mind u there's a Popeyes 4 minutes from my house but I'm too pleased with the chester location i.ll drive 15 minutes
