Since they have been built, the food has always been, over cooked or older than dirt. Not a single employee had ever smiled and they all look miserable. No one seems happy to be there and it shows in their product. I honestly love Popeyes it is my favorite chicken... When cooked correctly and some pride put into the work. Lady was rude had airpods in ignored us took 10 minutes to take my order. had to reapeat order 3 times for her to get it through her head and she gave us 20 extra chicken tenders looked like she hated her job
The food is usually good but the wait times are absolutely absurd. Today I was told 12 minutes for my order and it ended up taking half an hour. I give them a chance every 4-5 months and it's never improved, so I think this was my last time visiting.
Avoid this location. Ordered 2 chicken "sadwhiches" (their most popular item) at a reasonable time(6pm) but were told we had to wait 5-6min for the chicken "breasts" to fry. What came on one was pretty much fried cartilage. The other might have been a 3-4oz breast. Had these before and the breasts were more like 6+oz. Maybe Popeyes has reduced their quality and size of chicken like the rest of the fast food chains while raising the price. This is the worst fast food place ive ever been to. Accepts Uber eats orders, go to pick it up and the last 3 times the excuses were, we're not taking Uber eats orders(but they allowed them on Uber eats), it'll be another 30mins or so because its lunchtime, our fryers aren't working. I don't know how they stay in business. Avoid if hungry.
