Ordered online, picked up and drove across town to home. Realized they left out one of our 3 piece strips and our fries were about 1/3 full. Drove across town again to get our missing food. The girl gave us the missing strips but accused us of eating the fries! Quality of service - awful. 3 trips across town for our food to be cold, missing, and be disrespected.
Ordered in app, waiting 20 minutes for food, even went in to check the holdup... When I asked what was taking so long they said the boneless wings. They had the rest of my order (dinner for 4) already packaged so fries were cold, the boneless wings were at the bottom of the bag and soggy. There's a reason this location was once busy and now is a desert at 5 on a friday.
I came one time and they gave my order to someone else after they told me to pull over and wait because they were doing fresh French fries. I waited about 10 minutes and My order was never brought to my car so I pulled back around to the drive-through. I got my order, the chicken wasn’t fresh and then I had to pull back around through the drive-through Once I realised that I didn’t have any plastic silverware in the bag for my rice.
