Came up there during halftime of the Chiefs game. The young man serving me was great. He was very polite and hospital. I ordered my meal and he directed me to the freshest chicken. Nothing wrong with that, I had also ordered 6 jalapeño peppers which I did not recieve. I had to go by KFC to get jalapeños, which I had already paid for. My biggest problem with this situation is that the general manager was sitting in the lobby eating. Always great
Went through the drive thru to pick up dinner after a shopping day (1.5 hours from home). I asked for a minute to look at the menu, but was rushed to place my order by employee at speaker. Ordered my food. Paid (almost $50 for 3 ppl) received no receipt. Got home and was missing half my sides. Not happy at all, but I didn't have a receipt to call and reference.....
