Popeyes chicken never had a bad experience
Very bad experience food is horrible I wouldn't feed it to my dog they messed my order up i asked for wings in the drive thru went home and total opposite what they gave me was and looked liked they injected it with steroids.Very bad I spent 28.00 dollars. Took it back tried to switch it out management said no. I've given them several chances before I'm totally done. With this location. Garbage.
I went through the drive thru, the food was hot and fresh, but I really wanted to give a very good customer review for Asher, he was so friendly and extremely professional, you don’t encounter that type of great customer service much at fast food restaurants. So good job Asher, we need more employees like you at places of business, you definitely have the potential with your personality and attitude to go very far.
Came up there during halftime of the Chiefs game. The young man serving me was great. He was very polite and hospital. I ordered my meal and he directed me to the freshest chicken. Nothing wrong with that, I had also ordered 6 jalapeño peppers which I did not recieve. I had to go by KFC to get jalapeños, which I had already paid for. My biggest problem with this situation is that the general manager was sitting in the lobby eating.
