Fries were cold Biscuits hard over cooked
So me and my wife pull up at 9pm and sit in the drive through for a couple of minutes, the guy says he had his headset off and didn’t know we were there, but whatever I say it’s no problem. After we order the guy just say to pull up to the second window and does not repeat order even after he clearly didn’t understand us and he didn’t tell us the price. This was a horrendous experience. We were very specific about what we ordered. The lady at the window misunderstood us, gave us the wrong food, then made us pay extra when we went in to correct our order. the manager was of no help. do not go here. we should be receiving a full refund plus some. super disappointing and will NEVER come back and will be telling others to never come back. ridiculous. we should get our money back.
It's too bad the service is not great because I love the quality of the food. It also stinks when I get bold bbq sauce when I asked for honey bbq, totally changed the taste and was too zesty for me.
