Received the wrong order but called and the very nice manager said to come back and get the food another time for free and that’s what we did and they were very nice and food was hot and fresh!
I am updating my survey based on my most recent experience. This evening, after returning from a training event at Fort Leonard Wood. I stopped at this Popeyes because it is convenient and one of my favorites. I ordered at the drive through and there was no line. I asked for 6 spicy legs and thighs. I get Popeyes once a month and I usually take home a box full of JUST spicy legs and thighs. They tell me they're out of fries. Offer a different side. They're out of that side too. Then they don't give me the chicken in my bag. Have to drive back and they try to say I didn't order what I ordered. This popeyes is ALWAYS slow and out of everything. You'd think they'd at least get the order right. Update that are the slowest service ever
The girl on the drive thru speaker had a very nasty attitude and the workers are very rude
