This Popeyes location on McChord AFB has been habitually bad in service. No matter what time you order, you’re most liking going to have to wait for an extended period. Ordering chicken at this Popeyes always seems to catch them off guard and annoy the staff that they have to put your order together for you. I arrived at 1140 and ordered a 12 piece to-go. This location needs a bit more hospitality, and kindness. The lady ringing up is rude and condescending. They are EXTREAMLY slow. And then let our food sit there for 10 minutes without letting us know that it was ready. All but two of the biscuits were old, the fries were cold and old. As a pregnant woman this makes me very sad, and makes me want to request a refund because the food wasnt fresh. This was my only craving for today. Needless to say We will travel to Tacoma from here on out.
