I showed up before 1 am to the drive thru and the girl said they shut down for the night and have nothing left. I showed up tonight and twice before. All 3 times before 12:45- what’s the point of saying you close 1a when the employees always shut down before then. Completely inappropriate.
Popeyes did not give me my refund. They have stolen from me and there is no way to contact anyone about a refund. Automated system is a joke and this will be the last time i get popeyes because it was not cheap and i did not get my food or my money back so that makes them thieves at the end of the day.
Would like to say this review is about food but i cant even get any during operating hours, they aren't even open at 9 like they say. 3 people inside and no one will answer the drive through or unlock the front door and its about 10 minutes past open time. Cashier sees me as they are pouring juices and tending to the counter but ignore me. They even let an employee in as i waited.
