Wakar got a very bad and nasty customer service
First of all this place use to be good not they are giving out old chicken and I place an order through the app and my drink is not what I ordered and the way she looked at me when she gave it to me was like she knew it was wrong just wanted to see if I was gonna say something. I have to find a new Popeyes to go to this one is not the best location for me. YALL ARE GONNA GET SOMEONE SICK!
I got the wraps bundle and asked for no pickles and still put them in there. And absolutely zero chicken in both of them. I’m not a picky person but cmon…
I catered from this location and everything was perfect.
Very slow service; I waited over 30 mins on a mobile online order and then he got mad because I asked him about the order! They’re obviously short staffed and the daytime manager shift is very rude!!
