It's really annoying at how bad Popeyes service has become in and around the Chicago area. This location alone is always unprepared and giving wrong items on the order just to get you out the door. Even when you order a head, in the app, it's still not ready or the order has something different than what you ordered. And you just can't go anywhere else because they're all almost the same way.
workers are so kind and make sure you have everything!!
