Popeyes is still one of the places that is the very best.
They forgot part of my food and the service is bad! Dont recommend this location!
forgot most of my order then asked if i could get something since i drove all the way wasted my gas to back to grab my stuff that i paid for since thy forgot n got attitude and i didn’t even come off hostile at all ? just don’t know how this would be considered good service at all
They always give me old chicken yeah I still continue to shop with them due to the fact nothing else is open. This chicken is old. I also asked for dark meat which was thigh and legs. They gave me breast and thigh.. for $20 and for this chicken to be old that’s due to it being delivered I am very disappointed
Time and again, service is slow with no heads up or apologizes. Ordering online well ahead of time doesn't help. After 15 minutes of waiting for my online order I had to go in the store to get someone's attention to ask. They said they were out of spicy chicken and had to cook more. This was 12:20 on a weekday afternoon. This while 2 manager/corporate looking guys just stood or sat in the restaurant doing nothing. I go to the one about 2 miles further on roosevelt just to avoid the hassle. Chicken is decent though.
