I can't help but write about this place. I've tried on several occasions to give them a shot and I can say the one thing they are consistent on is disappointing me and being just as rude and unfriendly as the time before. The food is usually cold and tastes horrible and don't even try and call a manager to complain, they don't answer anyway. The store on Burbank is Great compared to this one which needs to close down. At the very least they need to start over and train the employees correctly.
Had a mobile order. Took forever to answer the intercom. Tried the new fried pickles, they were served cold. “They were out of sweet tea and chicken sandwiches”. Saving myself the trouble and just making the drive the CFA next time.
