I will first say that I did go in l1ater in the evening. There was plenty of chicken, but it seemed a bit dried out and not consistent with what I usually get when I occasionally visit. The counter staff was polite. I had cole slaw as a side, and it tasted very artificial. I couldnt finish it. I think the biscuit was the highlight of the meal. Quite disappointed, but I will add that I was in there later than the normal dinner hour

04/22/2024 at 9:40pm I purchased a #3 and that is supposed to come with bacon and on top of that I ordered spicy. I got a regular sandwich no bacon and not spicy. Paid for bacon and spicy, got ripped off. Asked staff nicely to fix it when I went inside and got told to basically screw off. I come here every Tuesday at this time and it’s disappointing to be disrespected like this. I will likely be going somewhere else for my Tuesday cravings. Edit 8/25/25 Came to give them another try and food was cold as Ice. So sad

Unprofessional as hell! Literally waited almost 15 minutes while half the staff is out in the car smoking just for someone to finally come to the window and act confused like she didn't know what I was waiting for. The food yup you guessed is old hard as rock and stale. Why does every popayes in Syracuse suck? I figured this one since being in cicero would be way better with more professional employees, but nope. Syracuse fast food is trash.
